Of the 5,105 people living in Lone Grove in 2020, 47.4 percent (2,422) were women and 52.6 percent (2,683) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SC Oklahoma News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 210. In the 65 and over age range, there were 341 females and 277 males.
