Six Lady Aggies posted double figures and 23rd ranked Murray State exploded offensively on the way to an emphatic 99-73 road victory at National Park College on Tuesday night.
The 2-1 Lady Aggies blistered the nets for 14 three-pointers, six of which came from freshman Remi Langmaid as she tallied a game-high 18 points.
Murray State got off to a solid start in building a 22-14 edge through one quarter before extending the gap to 49-36 at intermission. The Lady Aggies poured it on in the third stanza by pushing the margin to as much at 21 points before finishing with a 30-point barrage in the final period for the final margin.
Jade Millan had another strong effort with 17 points and 11 rebounds. Bella Peterson notched 13 points, Lanie Gooch added 12 along with 10 boards, Mattie Busby scored 11 as well as dishing out six assists and Payton James pitched in 10 while canning three treys.
The Lady Aggies also picked up eight points from Tamara Fournillier-Onadeko with Cristina Laudan adding five, Paige Taylor tossed in two and Teniola Okunrinkoya had one point.
