Washington, D.C. – Congressman Tom Cole (OK-04) responded to President Biden’s recent State of the Union address, highlighting concerns about the state of the nation under the current administration.

He mentioned issues such as inflation, border security, global instability, rising crime rates, the fentanyl epidemic, and national security challenges. Despite these pressing problems, Cole criticized Biden for failing to acknowledge the gravity of the situation and instead choosing to focus on portraying a positive image of the country's condition.

The congressman emphasized the reality of the situation, pointing out statistics that reflect the negative impact of Biden's policies on the economy, crime rates, immigration, foreign relations, and energy. Cole asserted that the state of the Union is not as strong as portrayed by the President and underscored the hardships faced by the American people due to these policies.

However, Cole conveyed his commitment to finding solutions and working towards a better future for the nation.
